TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE DURING REMOTE LEARNING

         Jackson County Schools (JCS) will be operating in a remote learning environment for the week of November 9-13, 2020. School employees will be reporting to work on regular school days to provide support to students.

            In an effort to support the remote learning needs of students experiencing technology issues, JCS will provide the following support options:

·      Call the Technology Help Desk at 304-372-7300 and request extension #443 for technology assistance from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during regular school days.

·      Email the Technology Help Desk at techhelp@boe.jack.k12.wv.us from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. during regular school days.

·      Drive-through Technology Assistance is available for students and parents from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days and locations:

              o   Tuesday, November 10, at the BOE Central Office

              o   Wednesday, November 11, on back Parking Lot of Ravenswood High

              o   Thursday, November 12, at the BOE Central Office

              o   Friday, November 13, on back Parking Lot of Ravenswood High
