On December 4, Ripley and Ravenswood Middle Schools welcomed renowned author, Margaret Peterson Haddix. Students were given the opportunity to sign up for small-scale presentations where they learned about Mrs. Haddix's journey to becoming an author. Each presentation ended with a question/answer session.
Margaret Peterson Haddix is an award-winning author of over 50 books. Some of her most well known novels are the Shadow Children, The Missing and Children of Exile series.
